The Boaldin family represents four generations of Kansas ranchers who run a cow/calf operation as well as grow stocker cattle on the 3 Point Ranch near Elkhart and the Boaldin Ranch near Dighton. After decades of thinking “there has to be a better way,” Johnny Boaldin developed the John-Ease Chute to make working small calves easier.

Johnny developed the chute, and his sons Mark and Thon helped him add extra features. Their design made working calves at the awkward age of birth to 200 lbs. safer and easier than other typical, labor-intensive methods, and they wanted to share their design with the public.
